You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 21 through Sunday, October 27.
There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2024 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 27, 2024.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, October 21, 2024 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER October 21, 2024 will be charge in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Fall 2024 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
Failure to submit a valid Residency Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by August 30, 2024 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a valid Residency Certificate each year. Tuition for the Fall 2024 semester is DUE no later than Friday, August 2, 2024. Payment is due upon registration after August 2, 2024.
Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, August 6 is the last day your County is required to issue a Certificate for the Last 5 Week session.
Any Last 5-week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by July 23, 2024, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on July 30, 2024.
This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2024 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
