Second Half Term

This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2025 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks for Last 7 Week Classes.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, March 24 through Sunday, March 30.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2023 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER March 30.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, March 24, 2025 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, March 24, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Spring 2025 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, March 17. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, April 8.

Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Success Center by January 24 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled”.  ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year.

Tuition for the Spring 2025 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 6, 2024. Payment is due upon registration after December 6.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, November 19, 2024 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 7 Week session.
