Fall 2025 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate – Last 7 Week Session
Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, November 18, 2025 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 7 Week session.
Fall 2025 Financial Aid Refund Issued - Last 7 Week Session
Any Last 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by November 4, 2025, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on November 12, 2025.
Fall 2025 25% Tuition Refund – Last 7 Week Session
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 20 through Sunday, October 26.
There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2025 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 26, 2025.
Fall 2025 Last day to drop for 100% Refund – Last 7 Week Session
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, October 20, 2025 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER October 20, 2025 will be charge in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
