Second Half Term

Tuition for the Fall 2025 semester is DUE no later than Friday, August 1, 2025. Payment is due upon registration after August 1, 2025.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, August 5 is the last day your County is required to issue a Certificate for the Last 5 Week session.

Any Last 5-week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by July 22, 2025, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on July 29, 2025.

This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2025 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, July 7 through Sunday, July 13.

There is NO tuition refund for the Summer 2025 Last 5 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER July 13.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, July 7, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, July 7, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Summer 2025 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, June 30, 2025. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
