2nd 8 weeks of full semester; 2nd 4 weeks of summer semester.
Any Last 5-week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by July 25, 2023, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on August 1, 2023.
This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2023 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, July 10 through Sunday, July 16.

There is NO tuition refund for the Summer 2023 Last 5 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER July 16.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, July 10, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, July 10, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by June 2 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year. Tuition for the Summer 2023 semester is DUE no later than Friday, May 5, 2023. Payment is due upon registration after May 5.
