Spring 2023 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate-Last 7 Week Session
Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, April 25 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 7 Week session.
Spring 2023 Financial Aid Refund Issued - Last 7 Week Session
Any Last 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by April 11, 2023, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on April 18, 2023.
Spring 2023 Last Day for Bookstore Vouchers - Last 7 Week Session
This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2023 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks for Last 7 Week Classes.
Spring 2023 25% Tuition Refund- Last 7 Week Session
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, March 27 through Sunday, April 2.
There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2023 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER April 2.
Spring 2023 Last day to drop for 100% Refund- Last 7 Week Session
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, March 27, 2023 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, March 27, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
Spring 2023 Fin Aid Bookstore Charges - Last 7 Week Session
You may begin using your excess Spring 2023 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, March 20. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, April 11.
