Students who have earned at least 1 credit hour at Genesee Community College are eligible to register for Spring courses beginning on this date.
1st 8 weeks of full semester; first 4 weeks of summer semester.

All First 8 Weeks Classes end on this date.
All instructors must submit a Grade Change Form by this date for students who were issued a grade of "IP" in the last Spring and Summer Semester.
Web Grading is opened for Faculty submission of Grades beginning on this date.
Faculty must have grades submitted on the web by 12:00pm on this day.
Spring registration is open to all students.
Tuition for the Summer 2015 is DUE no later than May 1st, 2015. Payment is due upon registration after May 1st.
Classes begin May 26th.
You must withdraw PRIOR to MAY 26th for the Summer 2015 Semester to receive a 100% tuition refund. Beginning May 26th and after your refund will be pro-rated as follows:
May 26th - June 1st 25% Refund (75% Charge)
AFTER June 1st NO REFUND
You may begin using your excess Summer 2015 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, May 18th. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is July 10th, 2015.
Failure to submit a 2014-2015 Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Business Office by June 1st will result in having your tuition charges "doubled". ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate for the 2014-2015 Academic Year. Contact the Business Office at (585) 343-0055 Ext. 6212 for more information.
