This is the last day for Students withdrawing from a First 8 Weeks class to receive a grade of "W" on their transcript for the course. After this date they will receive a grade of "F".

This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2019 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by August 23, 2019 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year. You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, August 19 through Sunday, August 25, 2019.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2019 First 8 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER August 25, 2019.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, August 19, 2019 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, August 19, 2019, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
