First Half Term

Tuition for the Fall 2019 semester is DUE no later than Friday, July 26, 2019. Payment is due upon registration after July 26.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, May 28th through Monday, June 3rd.

There is NO tuition refund for the Summer 2019 First 5 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER June 3rd.

Classes begin Tuesday, May 28, 2019. You will receive a 100% tuition refund for dropping from the Summer 2019 First 5 Week Session PRIOR to May 28th.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, May 28th, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2019 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, June 26th is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the First 5 Week session.

Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by June 3rd will result in having your tuition charges doubled. ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year. Contact the Student Success Center at (585) 345-6805 for more information. You may begin using your excess Summer 2019 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, May 20, 2019. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Friday, July 12, 2019.

Web Grading is opened for Faculty submission of Grades beginning on this date.
