Spring 2025 Tuition Due Date
Tuition for the Spring 2025 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 6, 2024. Payment is due upon registration after December 6.
1st 8 weeks of full semester; first 4 weeks of summer semester.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, October 2 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the First 7 Week session.
Any First 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by September 24, 2024, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on October 1, 2024.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, September 3 through Monday, September 9.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2024 First 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER September 9, 2024.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Tuesday, September 3, 2024 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, September 3, 2024, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2024 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Failure to submit a valid Residency Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by August 30, 2024 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a valid Residency Certificate each year.
