First Half Term

Tuition for the Spring 2024 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 8, 2023. Payment is due upon registration after December 8.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, October 4 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the First 7 Week session.

Any First 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by September 26, 2023, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on October 3, 2023.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, September 5 through Monday, September 11.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2023 First 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER September 11, 2023.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Tuesday, September 5, 2023 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, September 5, 2023, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
