You may begin using your excess Fall 2025 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, September 8, 2025. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, September 15, 2025 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

You will receive a 60% tuition refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 15 through Sunday, September 21.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for the Last 12 Week session is September 28, 2025.

You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 22 through Sunday, September 28. 

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2025 Last 12 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER September 28, 2025.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, September 23, 2025 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Full Semester session.

Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by September 23, 2025, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on September 30, 2025.
