You will receive a 60% refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, February 10 through Sunday, February 16.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for Last 12 Week session is February 23.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, February 10, 2025, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, February 10, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Spring 2025 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, February 3. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books for Last 12 week classes using your aid is Tuesday, March 4.

Any First 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by February 18, 2025, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on February 25, 2025.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, February 25 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the First 7 Week session.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, January 27 through Sunday, February 2. Contact the Student Success Center at 585-345-6805 for more information.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2024 First 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER February 2.
