Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, April 23 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 7 Week session.
Any Last 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by April 9, 2024, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on April 16, 2024.
This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2024 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks for Last 7 Week Classes.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, March 25 through Sunday, March 31.
There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2023 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER March 31.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, March 25, 2024 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, March 25, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Spring 2024 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, March 18. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, April 9.
Any Last 12 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by March 5, 2024, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on March 12, 2024.
