Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by February 17, 2026, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on February 24, 2026.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, April 21 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 7 Week session.

Any Last 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by April 7, 2026, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on April 14, 2026.

This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2026 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks for Last 7 Week Classes.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, March 23 through Sunday, March 29.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2026 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER March 29.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, March 23, 2026 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, March 23, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
