You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, January 13, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, January 13, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Spring 2020 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 6. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, February 11.
Tuition for the Spring 2020 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 27, 2019. Payment is due upon registration after December 27.
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, January 7 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Winterim session.
Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Success Center by December 13 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year.
