Spring 2020 Fin Aid Bookstore Charges
You may begin using your excess Spring 2020 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 6. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, February 11.
Spring 2020 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate-Full Semester
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. February 11 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Full Semester session.
Spring 2020 Last Day for Bookstore Vouchers - Full Semester, First 8 Week Session
This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2020 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Spring 2020 25% Tuition Refund- Full Semester
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, January 27 through Sunday, February 2.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2019 Full Semester for withdrawing AFTER February 2.
Spring 2020 50% Tuition Refund – Full Semester
You will receive a 50% tuition refund (50% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, January 20 through Sunday, January 26.

Spring 2020 Residency Forms Due
Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Success Center by January 17 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled”. ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year.

Spring 2020 75% Tuition Refund – Full Semester
You will receive a 75% tuition refund (25% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, January 13 through Sunday, January 19.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full semester classes is February 2.
Spring 2020 Last day to drop for 100% Refund- Full Semester
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, January 13, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, January 13, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
