Student withdrawing from a Full Term class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "F" on their transcript for the course.

Web Grading is opened for Faculty submission of Grades beginning on this date.

All Full, Half Term - Last 5 Weeks and Distance Learning sections end on this day.

Faculty must have grades submitted on the web by 12:00pm on this day.

A 25% tuition refund (75% charge) will be granted if proper withdrawal procedures are followed for the period of January 26th through February 1st.  Contact the Business Office at 585-343-0055 ext. 6212 for more info. The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full Semester Classes is February 1st.

Failure to submit a 2014-2015 Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Business Office by January 16th will result in having your tuition charges "doubled". ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate for the 2014-2015 Academic Year. Contact the Business Office at (585) 343-0055, Ext. 6212 for more information. Follow the instructions on the application form mailed with your tuition statement. 

A 50% tuition refund (50% charge) will be granted if proper withdrawal procedures are followed for the period of January 19th  through January 25th.  Contact the Business Office at 585-343-0055  ext 6212 for more info. The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full Semester Classes is February 1st.

A 75% tuition refund (25% charge) will be granted if proper withdrawal procedures are followed for the period of January 12th through January 18th.  Contact the Business Office at  585-343-0055 ext. 6212 for more info. The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full Semester Classes is February 1st.

You may begin using your excess Spring 2015 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 5th.  Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is January 29, 2015.

This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2015 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
