Spring 2021 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate-Full Semester
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. February 23 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Full Semester session.
Spring 2021 Last Day for Bookstore Vouchers - Full Semester, First 7 Week Session
This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2021 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Spring 2021 25% Tuition Refund- Full Semester
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, February 8 through Sunday, February 14.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2021 Full Semester for withdrawing AFTER February 14.
Spring 2021 50% Tuition Refund – Full Semester
You will receive a 50% tuition refund (50% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, February 1 through Sunday, February 7 .

Spring 2021 Residency Certificates Due
Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Success Center by January 29 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled”. ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year.

Spring 2021 75% Tuition Refund – Full Semester
You will receive a 75% tuition refund (25% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, January 25 through Sunday, January 31.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full semester classes is February 14.
Spring 2021 Last day to drop for 100% Refund- Full Semester
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, January 25, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, January 25, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
Spring 2021 Fin Aid Bookstore Charges
You may begin using your excess Spring 2021 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 18. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, February 23.
Spring 2021 Tuition Due Date
Tuition for the Spring 2021 semester is DUE no later than Friday, January 8, 2021. Payment is due upon registration after January 8.
