You may begin using your excess Fall 2022 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, September 19, 2022. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
Any First 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by October 4, 2022, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on October 12, 2022.
Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, October 11, 2022 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the First 7 Week session.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 12 through Sunday, September 18, 2022.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2022 First 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER September 18, 2022.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, September 12, 2022 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, September 12, 2022, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
