There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2023 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 29, 2023.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, October 23, 2023 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER October 23, 2023 will be charge in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Fall 2023 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, October 16, 2023. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, October 17, 2023 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 12 Week session.
Any Last 12 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by October 10, 2023, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on October 17, 2023.
This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2023 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
