 Professional Activity Days for Faculty and Staff

Any Last 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by November 15, 2022, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on November 22, 2022.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, November 29, 2022 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 7 Week session.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 31 through Sunday, November 6, 2022

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2022 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER November 6, 2022.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, October 31, 2022 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER October 31, 2022  will be charge in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Fall 2022 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, October 24, 2022. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

Any Last 12 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by October 18, 2022, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on October 25, 2022.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, October 25, 2022 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 12 Week session.

This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2022 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 3 through Sunday, October 9, 2022.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2022 Last 12 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 9, 2022.
