Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, October 15, 2024 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 12 Week session.
This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2024 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 23 through Sunday, September 29.
There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2024 Last 12 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER September 29, 2024.
You will receive a 60% tuition refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 16 through Sunday, September 22.
The last day for ANY tuition refund for the Last 12 Week session is September 29, 2024.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, September 16, 2024 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, September 16, 2024 will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Fall 2024 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, September 9, 2024. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

Any First 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by September 24, 2024, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on October 1, 2024.
