Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, October 13 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 12 Week session.

You may begin using your excess Fall 2026 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Any Last 12 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by October 6, 2026, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on October 14, 2026.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, October 19, 2026 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 19 through Sunday, October 25.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2026 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 25, 2026.
