Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, February 24 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the First 7 Week session.

Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by February 17, 2026, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on February 24, 2026.
