This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2026 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, June 24 is the last day your County is required to issue a Certificate for the Full Semester session.

Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by June 16, 2026, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on June 23, 2026.

You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, June 2 through Monday, June 8. Contact the Student Success Center at 585-345-6805 for more info.

There is NO tuition refund for the Summer 2026 Full Semester for withdrawing AFTER June 8.

Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by May 29 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year.  You will receive a 60% tuition refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, May 26 through Monday, June 1.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full semester classes is June 8.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Tuesday, May 26, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, May 26, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Summer 2026 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, May 18, 2026. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

Tuition for the Summer 2026 semester is DUE no later than Friday, May 1, 2026. Payment is due upon registration after May 1.
