Summer 2025 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate-Full Semester
Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, June 25 is the last day your County is required to issue a Certificate for the Full Semester session.
Summer 2025 Financial Aid Refund Issued - Full Semester
Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by June 17, 2025, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on June 24, 2025.
Summer 2025 Last Day for Bookstore Vouchers - Full Semester
This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2025 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Summer 2025 30% Tuition Refund - Full Semester
You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, June 3 through Monday, June 9. Contact the Student Success Center at 585-345-6805 for more info.
There is NO tuition refund for the Summer 2025 Full Semester for withdrawing AFTER June 9.
Summer 2025 Residency Forms Due
Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by May 30 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year.
