This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2023 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, June 6 through Monday, June 12.Contact the Student Success Center at 585-345-6805 for more info.

There is NO tuition refund for the Summer 2023 Full Semester for withdrawing AFTER June 12.

Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by June 2 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year.  You will receive a 60% tuition refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, May 30 through Monday, June 5.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full semester classes is June 12.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Tuesday, May 30, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, May 30, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Summer 2023 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, May 22, 2023. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, June 20, 2023.

Tuition for the Summer 2023 semester is DUE no later than Friday, May 5, 2023. Payment is due upon registration after May 5.
