There is NO tuition refund for the Summer 2023 Last 5 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER July 16.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, July 10, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, July 10, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, June 28 is the last day your County is required to issue a Certificate for the First 5 Week session.
Any First 5-week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by June 20, 2023, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on June 27, 2023.
This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2023 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

You may begin using your excess Summer 2023 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, May 22, 2023. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
