Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, August 6th is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 5 Week session.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, July 8th through Sunday, July 14th.

There is NO tuition refund for the Summer 2019 Last 5 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER July 14th.
Classes begin Monday, July 8, 2019. You will receive a 100% tuition refund for dropping from the Summer 2019 Last 5 Week Session PRIOR to Monday, July 8th.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, July 8th, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2019 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by June 3rd will result in having your tuition charges doubled. You may begin using your excess Summer 2019 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, May 20, 2019. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Friday, July 12, 2019.
Student withdrawing from a Last 7 Weeks class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "F" on their transcript for the course.
This is the last day for Students withdrawing from a Last 7 Weeks class to receive a grade of "W" on their transcript for the course. After this date they will receive a grade of "F".
