All instructors must submit a Grade Change Form by this date for students who were issued a grade of "IP" in the last Fall Semester.
2nd 8 weeks of full semester; 2nd 4 weeks of summer semester.

Student withdrawing from a Last 8 Weeks class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "W" on their transcript for the course.
This is the last day a student can drop a Last 8 Weeks section and not receive a grade.
This is the last day students can add a Last 8 Weeks section without the instructors approval.
All Last 8 Weeks sections begin on this day.
Fall registration is open to all students
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, November 13, 2019 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 8 Week session.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, October 15 through Monday, October 21, 2019.
There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2019 Last 8 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 21, 2019.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Tuesday, October 15, 2019 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, October 15, 2019 will be charge in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Fall 2019 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Tuesday, October 7, 2019. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Monday, October 28, 2019.
