You may begin using your excess Fall 2019 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Tuesday, October 7, 2019. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Monday, October 28, 2019.
Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by August 23, 2019 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year. Tuition for the Fall 2019 semester is DUE no later than Friday, July 26, 2019. Payment is due upon registration after July 26.
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, August 6th is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 5 Week session.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, July 8th through Sunday, July 14th.

There is NO tuition refund for the Summer 2019 Last 5 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER July 14th.
Classes begin Monday, July 8, 2019. You will receive a 100% tuition refund for dropping from the Summer 2019 Last 5 Week Session PRIOR to Monday, July 8th.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, July 8th, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
