Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, November 18, 2025 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 7 Week session.
Any Last 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by November 4, 2025, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on November 12, 2025.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 20 through Sunday, October 26.
There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2025 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 26, 2025.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, October 20, 2025 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER October 20, 2025 will be charge in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Fall 2025 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
Failure to submit a valid Residency Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by August 29, 2025 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a valid Residency Certificate each year. Tuition for the Fall 2025 semester is DUE no later than Friday, August 1, 2025. Payment is due upon registration after August 1, 2025.
