Tuition for the Spring 2025 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 6, 2024. Payment is due upon registration after December 6.

Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, January 14 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Winterim session.

Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Success Center by December 20 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year. You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, December 16 through Sunday, December 22.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, December 16, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, December 16, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by September 24, 2024, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on October 1, 2024.
