Winterim 2018 25% Tuition Refund
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, December 10th through Sunday, December 16th.
Contact the Student Success Center at 585-345-6805 for more information. The last day for ANY tuition refund for Winterim classes is December 16th.
Winterim 2018 Tuition Due Date
Tuition for the Winterim 2018 semester is DUE no later than Friday, November 30, 2018. Payment is due upon registration after November 30th.
Winterim 2018 Last day to drop for 100% Refund
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, December 10th, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, December 10th, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
Spring 2019 Fin Aid Bookstore Charges
You may begin using your excess Spring 2019 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 7th. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, February 12th.
Spring 2019 Tuition Due Date
Tuition for the Spring 2019 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 28, 2018. Payment is due upon registration after December 28th.
Winterim 2018 Residency Forms Due
Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Success Center by December 14th will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year. Contact the Student Success Center at (585) 345-6805 for more information. Follow the instructions on the Student Accounts Office webpage.
Winterim 2018 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, January 8th is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Winterim session.
Spring 2019 Last day to drop for 100% Refund- Full Semester

You will receive a 75% tuition refund (25% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, January 14th through Sunday, January 20th.
