You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, August 20th, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, August 20th, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Fall 2018 Financial Aid to purchase a meal plan beginning Monday, August 13, 2018. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase a meal plan using your aid is Tuesday, September 18, 2018.
You will receive a 75% tuition refund (25% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, August 20th through Sunday, August 26th.

Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by August 24th will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year. There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2018 Full Semester for withdrawing AFTER September 9th
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, September 18th is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Full Semester session.
This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2018 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Student withdrawing from a Winterim class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "W" on their transcipt for the course.
