Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Success Center by January 27 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled”.  ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year.

Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by February 21, 2023, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on February 28, 2023.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, February 21 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Full Semester session.

This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2023 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, February 6 through Sunday, February 12.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2023 Full Semester for withdrawing AFTER February 12.

You will receive a 50% tuition refund (50% charge) for dropping beginning Monday January 30 through Sunday, February 5.
