Spring 2024 Financial Aid Refund Issued - Full Semester
Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by February 20, 2024, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on February 27, 2024.
Spring 2024 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate-Full Semester
Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, February 20 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Full Semester session.
Spring 2024 Last Day for Bookstore Vouchers
This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2024 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Spring 2024 25% Tuition Refund- Full Semester
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, February 5 through Sunday, February 11.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2024 Full Semester for withdrawing AFTER February 11.
Spring 2024 50% Tuition Refund – Full Semester
You will receive a 50% tuition refund (50% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, January 29 through Sunday, February 4.
