Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, November 19, 2024 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 7 Week session.

Any Last 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by November 5, 2024, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on November 13, 2024.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 21 through Sunday, October 27.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2024 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 27, 2024.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, October 21, 2024 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER October 21, 2024 will be charge in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Fall 2024 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
