Tuition for the Fall 2015 is DUE no later than Friday, July 31, 2015. Payment is due upon registration after July 31st.
 

Failure to submit a 2015-2016 Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Business Office by August 28th will result in having your tuition charges "doubled". ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate for the 2015-2016 Academic Year. Contact the Business Office at (585) 343-0055 Ext. 6212 for more information. Follow the instructions on the application form mailed with your tuition statement. 

You may begin using your excess Fall 2015 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, August 17, 2015.  Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, September 22, 2015.

A 75% tuition refund (25% charge) will be granted if proper withdrawal procedures are followed for the period of August 24th through August 30th.  Contact the Business Office at 585-343-0055  ext. 6212 for more info. The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full Semester/Online Classes is September 13th.

You must withdraw PRIOR to the first day of classes which is Monday, August 24th, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a withdrawal penalty. Withdrawal beginning Monday, August 24, 2015 will be done on a pro-rated basis in accordance with the SUNY Refund Policy.

A 25% tuition refund (75% charge) will be granted if proper withdrawal procedures are followed for the period of September 7th through September 13th.  Contact the Business Office at 585-343-0055  ext. 6212 for more info. The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full Semester/Online Classes is September 13th.

A 50% tuition refund (50% charge) will be granted if proper withdrawal procedures are followed for the period of August 31st  through September 6th.  Contact the Business Office at 585-343-0055  ext 6212 for more info. The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full Semester/Online Classes is September 13th.
