Spring 2015 W/D Refund 25%-Full Semester
A 25% tuition refund (75% charge) will be granted if proper withdrawal procedures are followed for the period of January 26th through February 1st. Contact the Business Office at 585-343-0055 ext. 6212 for more info. The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full Semester Classes is February 1st.
Spring 2015 Residency Forms Due
Failure to submit a 2014-2015 Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Business Office by January 16th will result in having your tuition charges "doubled". ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate for the 2014-2015 Academic Year. Contact the Business Office at (585) 343-0055, Ext. 6212 for more information. Spring 2015 Fin Aid Bookstore Charges
You may begin using your excess Spring 2015 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 5th. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is January 29, 2015.

Spring 2015 Last Day to W/D for 100% Refund-Full Semester
You must withdraw PRIOR to the first day of classes which is Monday, January 12th, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a withdrawal penalty. Withdrawal beginning Monday, January 12, 2015 will be done on a pro-rated basis in accordance with the SUNY Refund Policy.
