12 Week Term

Any Last 12 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by March 5, 2024, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on March 12, 2024.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, March 12 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 12 Week session.

This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2024 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks for Last 12 Week Classes.

You will receive a 30% refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, February 19 through Sunday, February 25.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2024 Last 12 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER February 25.

You will receive a 60% refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, February 12 through Sunday, February 18.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for Last 12 Week session is February 25.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, February 12, 2024 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, February 12, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Spring 2024 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, February 5. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books for Last 12 week classes using your aid is Tuesday, March 5.
