12 Week Term

This is the first day of final exams.

All instructors must submit a Grade Change Form by this date for students who were issued a grade of "IP" in the last Spring or Summer Semester.

Spring and Summer registration is open to students.

All Last 12 Weeks sections begin on this day.

This is the last day students can add a Last 12 Weeks section without the instructors approval.

This is the last day a student can drop a Last 12 Weeks section and not receive a grade.

Student withdrawing from a Last 12 Weeks class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "W" on their transcript for the course.
