This is the last day students can add a Last 12 Weeks section without the instructors approval.
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, October 15, 2019 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 12 Week session.
This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2018 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 23 through Sunday, September 29, 2019.
There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2019 Last 12 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER September 29, 2019.
You will receive a 60% tuition refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 16 through Sunday, September 22, 2019.
The last day for ANY tuition refund for the Last 12 Week session is September 29, 2019.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, September 16, 2019 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, September 16, 2019 will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Fall 2019 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, September 9, 2019. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, October 7, 2019.
Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by August 23, 2019 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year. Tuition for the Fall 2019 semester is DUE no later than Friday, July 26, 2019. Payment is due upon registration after July 26.
