Spring 2025 Fin Aid Bookstore Charges You may begin using your excess Spring 2025 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 13. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, February 18. |

Winterim 2024 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, January 14 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Winterim session. |

Spring 2025 Last day to drop for 100% Refund- Full Semester You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Tuesday, January 21, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, January 21, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy. |
