You may begin using your excess Summer 2026 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, June 29, 2026. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

07/05/2026 - 12:00am Summer 2026 Last day to drop for 100% Refund - Last 5 Week Session

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, July 6, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, July 6, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
Monday, July 06, 2026 to Sunday, July 12, 2026
07/06/2026 - 12:00am to 07/12/2026 - 12:00am Summer 2026 25% Tuition Refund - Last 5 Week Session

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, July 6 through Sunday, July 12.

This is the last day you may use your excess Summer 2026 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

07/28/2026 - 12:00am Summer 2026 Financial Aid Refund Issued- Last 5-week Session

Any Last 5-week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by July 21, 2026, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on July 28, 2026.
