You may begin using your excess Spring 2026 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, February 2. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books for Last 12 week classes using your aid is Tuesday, March 3.

This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2026 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks for Last 12 Week Classes.

03/10/2026 - 12:00am Spring 2026 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate-Last 12 Week Session

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, March 10 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 12 Week session.
03/10/2026 - 12:00am Spring 2026 Financial Aid Refund Issued - Last 12 Week Session

Any Last 12 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by March 3, 2026, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on March 10, 2026.

03/16/2026 - 12:00am to 04/07/2026 - 12:00am Spring 2026 Fin Aid Bookstore Charges - Last 7 Week Session

You may begin using your excess Spring 2026 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, March 16. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, April 7.

03/22/2026 - 12:00am Spring 2026 Last day to drop for 100% Refund- Last 7 Week Session

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, March 23, 2026 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, March 23, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
Monday, March 23, 2026 to Sunday, March 29, 2026
03/23/2026 - 12:00am to 03/29/2026 - 12:00am Spring 2026 25% Tuition Refund- Last 7 Week Session

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, March 23 through Sunday, March 29.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2026 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER March 29.
