Winterim 2025 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, January 13 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Winterim session. |

Spring 2026 Last day to drop for 100% Refund- Full Semester You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Tuesday, January 20, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, January 20, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy. |
