Winterim 2025 Last day to drop for 100% Refund You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, December 15, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, December 15, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy. |

Winterim 2025 25% Tuition Refund You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, December 15 through Sunday, December 21. |

Winterim 2025 Residency Forms Due Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Success Center by December 19 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year.
