You may begin using your excess Fall 2023 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, October 16, 2023. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

11/14/2023 - 12:00am Fall 2023 Financial Aid Refund Issued - Last 7 Week Session

Any Last 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by November 7, 2023, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on November 14, 2023.

11/21/2023 - 12:00am Fall 2023 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate – Last 7 Week Session

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, November 21, 2023 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 7 Week session.
