 You will receive a 60% tuition refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, May 30 through Monday, June 5.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full semester classes is June 12.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, May 30 through Monday, June 5.

Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Accounts Office by June 2 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year. Contact the Student Success Center at (585) 345-6805 for more information.

Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by June 20, 2023, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on June 27, 2023.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, June 28 is the last day your County is required to issue a Certificate for the Full Semester session.
