You may begin using your excess Fall 2022 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, October 24, 2022. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

10/31/2022 - 12:00am to 11/06/2022 - 12:00am Fall 2022 25% Tuition Refund – Last 7 Week Session

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 31 through Sunday, November 6, 2022

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2022 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER November 6, 2022.

11/22/2022 - 12:00am to 11:59pm Fall 2022 Financial Aid Refund Issued - Last 7 Week Session

Any Last 7 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by November 15, 2022, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on November 22, 2022.

11/29/2022 - 12:00am Fall 2022 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate – Last 7 Week Session

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, November 29, 2022 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 7 Week session.
